Dodson off to Harvard

Indigenous leader and Australian National University (ANU) professor Mick Dodson has been appointed to a key role at Harvard University in the United States.

The 2009 Australian of the Year has been appointed the next chair of Australian studies at the university and will take up the temporary posting next year.

He will share the job with Chris McAuliffe from the University of Melbourne.
