Dear Reconciliationist,

2010 is so far proving to be a year of change for NSWRC. New projects, new themes, new staff, and new ways for Reconciliation to move forward. These changes about bring lots of work to be done, but also renewed commitment.

The Management Committee have held their first meeting of the year and have planned a busy year ahead for NSWRC. First and foremost deciding on this years Reconciliation Week theme, as well as planning an exciting new Rec Week event that is going to take place in regional NSW (more to come soon).

In this issue; more good news about the Schools Reconciliation Challenge, hello, goodbye, and thank you for NSWRC staff, and there's also a couple of ways you can be involved in the People's Reconciliation Movement.

Reconciliation Week 2010 Theme

On the 27th of last month, the Management Committee (pictured right) had their first meeting of 2010. This meeting focused on the year ahead for NSWRC;  how we can grow our movement and put reconciliation in the hearts and minds of all Australians.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Bridge Walk for Reconciliation. In remembering this important  moment, the NSW theme for Reconciliation Week 2010 is Reconciliation: The Road Ahead.
