Organisers of a film project for South Coast Indigenous school children say their work has been chosen for major festivals. Sixty children from Nowra, Bomaderry and Huskisson in NSW took part in the 2009 Bundanon Sprout project run by Bundanon Trust.
The Trust's CEO Deborah Ely says the films have attracted a lot of attention."There was a fantastic opportunity for the films at the international film festival in in Boston in April and they selected three of the films for screening their which was a wonderful international outing for the kids," she said.
"They've now been picked up by the Sandfly Film Festival and indeed the travelling Sandfly Film Festival will be showing them at the Tea Club 26th of July."
